On Saturday, FST Karen Ramos was invited to be a special guest presenter at Socorro ISD’s 11th Annual Mothers & Daughters Growing Together Conference.
FST Ramos was accompanied by Firefighter Leonardo Flores; both talked about what it is like to be a firefighter and what it takes to join the EPFD. They also shared some of their most memorable experiences and gave attendees a sneak peek of their Rescue unit.
The event was held at Eastlake High School from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
