This morning, FST J. Knotts graduated as a Peace Officer as part of the El Paso Police 128th Academy. FST Knotts will now be joining the ranks of the EPFD Fire Marshal’s Office. Congratulations, and congratulations to all of the new EPPD Officers of class 128.

3rd Alarm Fire E Mill Ave
Last night, EPFD units responded to reports of a fire at E Mills Ave. Crews fought throughout the night until the large warehouse fire was put under control. Hotspot suppression operations still ongoing at the scene.
Condition 2 Fire at Crete Dr
This evening, EPFD crews responded to a reports of a house fire at Crete Dr. Crews quickly knocked down a vehicle fire inside of the garage and prevented it from affecting the house. No occupants were inside of the house at the time of the fire. No injuries reported.
Condition 3 Fire at E Yandell
A couple of hours ago, EPFD crews knocked down a Condition 3 fire affecting two houses at the 1400 block of E Yandell. A third structure was affected with minor damage. No injuries reported at this time. Incident under investigation.
FST Beltran Retires
Congratulations to Fire Suppression Technician, Danny Beltran, who worked his final shift last night. He served a total of 21 years in the EPFD. We wish him the very best on all future endeavors!
