This morning, EPFD Special Rescue crews responded to a report of an individual falling 15ft into an empty water tank. Crews successfully rescued the patient and transported him to medical care in stable condition.
This call also marked the last call for Kiki Mendoza before his retirement. Thank you for everything sir, best of luck on all of your future endeavors.
