Navigator 2023 was held the week of April 17–20, 2023 in Denver, CO.
PSC Jaime Estrada represented the El Paso Fire Department Communications Division on stage as the center was recognized as one of the newest internationally Accredited Center of Excellence in the Fire Discipline.
PSC Vanessa Urquidi and PSSS Jaime Gonzales were nominated for Dispatcher of the Year from our Center as a result of their hard work.
PSSM Adriana Carreon and PSSS Amanda Dominguez worked on a presentation titled “A Solid QA/QI Team” – How it helped us achieve ACE. The presentation was submitted to IAED and they were selected to present it during training sessions at Navigator 2023.
